FTP Issues on GCC

FTP is down on GCC until further notice. The FTP service is causing an error that uses over half of the total CPU power on the server. I am working on repairing this service but until it can be repaired it, FTP will be shut off. SMB (windows file sharing) and AFP (apple file sharing) are not affected.

I will post instructions on how to set up SMB once I have created them. Until then you can use the lab machines to access any files you need.

The computer labs on the second floor of Bradley University's Caterpillar Global Communications Center are open to all CFA students. They feature the latest in hardware and software from Apple, Adobe, Motu, Sibelius, and many others. 24-hour swipe card access to selected labs is available for students who have class in 201, 205 and 213; see this article for details. Equipment checkout is available in the Service Bureau, room 210 (ext. 4260). For problems with this website or the labs in general, please contact the Computer Facilities Supervisor (ext. 2859).
